These terms govern the use of Boxglaz (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept what is described here.

1. What the Platform is (and is not)

Boxglaz is an information and tools platform for immigration form preparers. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal services.

The content, guides, and AI assistant provide general information. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. Who can use it

You must be of legal age and use the Platform in your work as a preparer or related professional.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Not legal advice, no guarantees

The Platform explains how processes and forms work in general; it does not analyze your particular case or predict outcomes.

Legal decisions in each case are for a licensed immigration attorney. We do not guarantee any outcome or the approval of any filing.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Platform for unlawful activity, upload third parties’ personal data without a legitimate basis, or attempt to breach its security.

In the community we expect respectful, professional conduct. We may moderate, hide, or close content that breaks these rules.

5. Content you post

You are responsible for what you post in the community. Do not share clients’ personally identifiable information.

You grant us a limited license to display and moderate that content within the Platform. You may request its removal.

6. Plans and payments

Some features require a paid plan (for example, the Preparador plan). Prices and billing will be disclosed clearly before you subscribe.

During the initial launch, access may be free or for founders; billing turns on once the payment system is available.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform’s own content belongs to us or is duly licensed. We link to official sources (for example, uscis.gov) rather than hosting them.

8. Limitation of liability

Information is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the Platform’s content.

9. Changes and account closure

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time, and we may suspend it for serious violations.
